I’ve spent much of my life learning, leading, starting over, and questioning what “progress” is supposed to look like. Along the way, I learned something important: growth doesn’t come from getting everything right — it comes from showing up, practicing, and improving one small step at a time.
This space is my way of honoring that truth and sharing it with others.
